Terms and Conditions

FBB Acquisition Offer – Non-Expiry Offers

  1. The FBB Family Plus Plans – Non-Expiry are primary offerings strictly for onboarding new customers.
  2. Existing Customers – Subscribers already on the service – will not be eligible for these plans.
  3. The broadband data is non-expiry. However, customers must make a payment at least once every three (3) months to keep their account active and use their data balance.
  4. These plans are not eligible for Plan Change.
  5. Data from the broadband account is shareable between mobile number(s) that have been paired with the broadband account.
  6. Any Data moved from the Broadband account to Mobile will assume a validity of 30-days from the date of the move.
  7. The amount of data that can be moved is dependent on the plan subscribed to.
  8. The number of mobile numbers that can be paired to a broadband account is dependent on the type of Family Plus Plan the customer is on.
  9. The data transferred to mobile cannot be transferred back to the broadband account.
  10. Customers on the Family Plus Non-Expiry plans are only eligible for the below add-on bundles:
    1. Mini Basic
    2. Mini Pro
    3. Unlimited Holiday

11. Customers on the Family Plus Non-Expiry plans are not eligible for the below add-on bundles namely:

    • Broadband Extra (Bolt-On Lite, Bolt-On Extra, Bolt-On Super)
    • Too Moorch
    • Unlimited Daily
    • Unlimited Weekend
  1. The allocated mobile voice minutes and SMS have a validity of 30 days.
  2. For the 30-day validity plans, the data will rollover when the service is renewed before expiry date. Other allocations on landline will not rollover. A Customer would receive fresh allocations whenever bundle/package is renewed.
  3. The data balance of the newly subscribed bundle takes priority over the previously rolled-over data. The rollover data cannot be moved to mobile.

 FBB Acquisition Offer – 30-Day Validity Offers

    • The FBB Family Plus Plans – 30-Day plans are primary offerings strictly for onboarding new customers.
    • Existing Customers – Subscribers already on the service – will not be eligible for these plans.
    • The broadband data has a validity of 30-days.
    • These plans are not eligible for Plan Change.
    • Data from the broadband account is shareable between mobile number(s) that have been paired with the broadband account.
    • Any Data moved from the Broadband account to Mobile will maintain the same expiration date as the Broadband data.
    • The amount of data that can be moved is dependent on the plan subscribed to.
    • The number of mobile numbers that can be paired to a broadband account is dependent on the type of Family Plus Plan the customer is on.
    • The data transferred to mobile cannot be transferred back to the broadband account.

 

  1. Customers on the Family Plus Plans with 30-day validity will only be eligible for the below add-on bundles:
    1. Mini Basic & Mini Pro
    2. Unlimited Daily, Holiday & Weekend.
    3. Broadband Extra (Bolt-On Lite, Bolt-on Extra, Bolt-On Super)
  2. The allocated mobile voice minutes and SMS have a validity of 30 days.
  3. The broadband plan has a grace period of 7-days after the expiry date within which a new subscription will rollover any remaining data balance on the account.
  4. The rolled-over data has a validity of 45 days from the date of rollover.
  5. The data balance of the newly subscribed bundle takes priority over the previously rolled-over data.
  6. The rollover data cannot be moved to mobile.

Bonus & Free Installation Details

  • New FBB customers on any of the Family Plus Plans will receive a one-time 50% bonus data valid for 15 days when they subscribe to the service. Additionally, customers who make a minimum of 3 months’ advance payment on eligible plans will enjoy free service installation.

  • The bonus data has a validity of 15 days.
  • The bonus data will be provisioned within 24 hours.
  • The installation fee will be automatically waived for customers who pay at least three months’ worth of eligible plans. The waiver will be applied within a day of payment.
  • The bonus data cannot be moved to mobile, neither can it be rolled over.
  • The bonus data will take priority over the core bundle.
