FBB Reconnect Campaign

Promo Summary

1. Inactive and churn customers who reactivate their broadband service and subscribe to any core plan during the campaign period will receive a one-time 150% data bonus (on their first subscription only) valid for 15 days.
2. This promo will run between 23rd September – 30^th September 2025.

 

Terms and Conditions

• An Inactive or Churned customer is a customer who has not made a payment, purchased a bundle or browsed with the Telecel FBB service in the last 90 days.
• Inactive and Churned customers will receive a 150% data bonus, valid for 15 days when they resubscribe to an eligible Core Bundle within the promo period.
• The bonus data is valid from the date of bundle purchase and will be awarded within 24 hours of the bundle subscription.
• The bonus data will have priority over the Core Bundle.
• The Bonus data cannot be moved to Mobile or rolled-over.
• New customers are not eligible for this promo.
• The eligible core bundles include Flexi Bundles, One Family Plans, Standard Plans and Acquisition Plans.
