Voice & Combo Offers (Telecel Red Bundle) Terms & Conditions
The following defines the terms and conditions under which Telecel shall provide the Service to Customers when a Customer accesses and uses the Service. All Customers shall by using the Service, be deemed to have consented to receiving the Service on these Terms and Conditions.
Telecel has its customers in mind and with its aim to satisfy customers’ need for affordable data options, we have decided to give you (our loyal customers) a buffet of voice and data combo options to choose from. Call all local networks, data to browse and SMS to connect with friends and family.

Acceptance of the Terms of Use
- The following provisions define the terms and conditions governing the Product. By subscribing to the usage of this Product, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have consented and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and be bound accordingly.
- All Subscribers warrant that they have read carefully and have understood fully these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard terms and conditions of Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited, which can be found on our website (https://telecel.com.gh).
- There are 3 channels through which you can subscribe to these bundles.
o USSD (*200#, *110#)
o IVR (200)
o My Telecel Play App (https://telecel.me/PlayApp)
- All expiry bundles roll over when same bundle is purchased before expiry while different bundles co-exist and usage priority given to bundle with earliest expiry.
- Flexi bundles do not auto-renew.
- Upon selecting Flexi, customer will be asked to input any desired amount between GHs0.07 and GHs 29.99 in exchange for voice and combo bundles with no expiry.
- Upon the exhaustion of all data allocations, the customer’s data access will be blocked unless they have allowed PAYG browsing at the rate of 11.5p per MB. Data PAYG can be stopped via the short code *700#.
- Upon the exhaustion of all voice allocations, calls will automatically be charged at a PAYG rate of 13.8p per minute from the customer’s airtime wallet.
- Subscribers on this offer can check their balance using any of the short codes below.
