Telecel customers can pay to merchants with these steps:

Dial *110#

Select Option 4 - Make payment.

Select Option 2 - Pay Merchant.

Select Option 1 - Telecel Merchant.

Select Option 1 - Enter till number.

Enter amount.

Enter reference.

Enter pin.

How to pay Telecel merchants on the Telecel Play App.

Telecel customers can pay to merchants with these steps:

Tap on Wallet.

Tap on Pay Merchant.

Select Telecel merchant.

Enter till number.

Enter amount.

Tap on continue.

Enter your pin to confirm payment.

How to pay to other networks on USSD.

Telecel customers can pay to other networks with these steps:

Dial *110#

Select Option 1 - Send Money.

Select Option 2 - Other Networks.

Select the network of the merchant.

Enter long(10-digit) number of the merchant.

Re-enter the long number.

Enter 1 to confirm.

Enter amount.

Enter reference.

Enter pin.

How to pay other networks on the Telecel Play App.

Telecel customers can pay to other networks with these steps:

Select send money.

Select the network of the merchant.

Enter amount.

Enter long (10-digit) number of the merchant.

Enter reference.

Click on Submit.

Check the details of transaction properly.

Select Confirm Transfer.

Enter your PIN to complete transaction.

How to pay to GHQR merchants on USSD

Telecel customers can pay to GHQR merchants with these steps:

Dial *110#

Select Option 4 - Make Payments.

Select option 2 - Pay Merchant.

Select option 2 - GHQR Merchant.

Enter terminal ID.

Follow the prompts.

Enter pin to confirm payment.

How to pay to GHQR merchants on Telecel Play.

Telecel customers can pay to GHQR merchants with these steps:

Tap on Wallet.

Tap on Scan GHQR.

Scan the GHQR code at the merchant point.

Alternatively, enter the Terminal ID.

Submit to proceed.

Enter PIN.
