This is a bundle that gives voice minutes or data volumes that can be used in Ghana and outside Ghana.

All Telecel pre-paid, Hybrid and post-paid customers.
- Does the bundle cover all countries?
The Borderless bundle is eligible for 93 countries. Be advised to check eligibility of travelling destination on the USSD menu before buying the bundle.
- Does the bundle have specific allocations that can be used only in Ghana?
Yes. The bundle has specific allocations that can be used only in Ghana as well as specific allocations that can be used while roaming. The resources for local cannot be used when outside Ghana and the resources for roaming cannot be used in Ghana.
- What is the validity of the bundle?
The bundle is valid for 30 days.
- How do I subscribe to Borderless roaming Bundle?
The bundle can be accessed on USSD *150# (prepaid) and *5959# (postpaid & Hybrid) or on the Telecel Play App
- What happens when the bundle gets exhausted?
If a customer exhausts their allocation while making a call, any remaining time spent on the call after the bundle allocation is finished will attract the configured pay-as-you-go rate.
For Data, subscriber needs to top-up another bundle or enable Pay-as-you-go by dialling *700#.
- Can I purchase roaming bundles whilst abroad?
Borderless Roaming bundles can be purchased before travelling or whilst abroad. It is advisable that bundle is bought in Ghana.
- Can I buy multiple Borderless bundles?
Multiple purchase of Borderless bundles is allowed. Customers can purchase another borderless offer while having an active borderless bundle offer.
- How can I check roaming bundle balance?
Prepaid and Hybrid can dial *126# to check bundle balance , Postpaid can dial *5959# to check bundle balance.
- Do Borderless Roaming bundles rollover?
Yes , only when you bundle again before your expiry date otherwise it would expire.
